The Jockey Club FORTIFY Programme is funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and led by the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, The University of Hong Kong, in collaboration with The Family Planning Association of Hong Kong. Designed for people aged 40 to 60, the Programme adopts a preventive approach and aims to enhance public awareness of bone and muscle health through health assessments, exercise training and digital support, with the goal of reducing the risk of falls and fractures associated with osteoporosis and sarcopenia.

Organised by the HKU Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, in collaboration with the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong. FORTIFY combines clinical research with practical training to help adults aged 40–60 prevent osteoporosis and sarcopenia.
